Orders & escrow
Payments are held in escrow and released when you confirm. If an order is stuck, email us with the order reference and we’ll look into it.
Bookings & workshops
Questions about a service booking? Include the booking reference and the workshop name.
Selling on Nasugn
Opening a shop, payouts, or your Connect account — email us and we’ll guide you through it.
Account & privacy
You can manage or delete your account from the app. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
